da esoccer bet: GOAL rates the players on show as Thomas Tuchel's much-maligned team completely shut down the Gunners at the Allianz Arena
da aposte e ganhe: Bayern Munich progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League with a fully deserved victory over a much-vaunted Arsenal side on Wednesday evening, with Joshua Kimmich scoring the only goal of the game at the Allianz Arena to see his side through 3-2 on aggregate.
The Bavarians had been written off coming into this quarter-final tie, with it already having been confirmed that coach Thomas Tuchel would be leaving at the end of the season after a disastrous Bundesliga title defence.
However, after securing a draw in the first leg at the Emirates, Bayern finished the job on home soil – and with impressive professionalism, with Kimmich's emphatic second-half header just reward for a team that had created the better chances throughout while at the same time completely nullifying Arsenal's attack.
GOAL rates all of the Bayern players on show at the Allianz Arena as Tuchel's team kept their trophy hopes alive in surprisingly facile fashion…
Getty Goalkeeper & Defence
Manuel Neuer (8/10):
He's still got it! The first great sweeper-keeper's distribution was breathtaking at times, while he dealt with everything Arsenal threw at him.
Joshua Kimmich (9/10):
The best player on the pitch even before his goal, causing all sorts of problems down the right flank while at the same time keeping Martinelli in his pocket.
Matthijs de Ligt (8/10):
Always so calm in possession and solid as a rock at the back, making some fearsome tackles.
Eric Dier (7/10):
A hugely enjoyable night for the other former Spurs man, who, just like his Dutch defensive partner, dealt easily with Havertz.
Noussair Mazraoui (8/10):
Brought into the side in place of the suspended Davies and did a superb job on Saka, while also nearly scoring after one blistering break forward.

Leon Goretzka (8/10):
Once again completely upstaged Rice with a barnstorming display in the middle of the park that deserved a goal – but he was unluckily denied by the woodwork.
Konrad Laimer (7/10):
Booked for a clumsy foul on Odegaard, but the man just never seems to stop running. A key factor in Bayern's dominance in midfield.

Leroy Sane (7/10):
Not as incisive as he was at the Emirates, but the former Manchester City winger was involved in the build-up to Kimmich's goal.
Jamal Musiala (8/10):
Unusually quiet in the first leg, but Bayern's biggest attacking threat all evening here, with the attacking midfielder creating problems every time he got on the ball in central areas.
Raphael Guerreiro (8/10):
Started in place of the injured Gnabry and Tuchel couldn't have hoped for more from the Portuguese, who created one goal, nearly scored another and was also outstanding defensively.
Harry Kane (7/10):
Didn't look like scoring after having two sights of goal inside the opening six minutes, but his hold-up play was once again outstanding. He'll have enjoyed this win over an old rival enormously and, more importantly, this season could yet end in a first trophy for the ex-Spurs striker.

Kim Min-jae (6/10):
Brought on for the final 15 minutes to add even more solidity to the backline – and did his job well.
Dayot Upamecano (N/A):
Replaced Sane late on as Tuchel looked to shut up shop.
Thomas Tuchel (8/10):
He lives to fight another day! Huge credit has to go to the under-pressure coach, who, in spite of his imminent exit, managed to mastermind a fully deserved quarter-final triumph over a much-hyped Arsenal.
